Georgios Stavrou | Moving Silence

Georgios Stavrou is a member of the Center of Cypriot Composers, member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors and also a member of the European Guitar Teachers Association.

This year has recorded his work “Paginae Cursus” , and has also performed the Electronic work “ Pulsus”. Last May he has presented the work for Piano “Taurus” with Ermis Theodorakis and in July, he performed his work “Lines from Eclogue vii” dedicated to the Hungarian poet Miklos Radnoti with Chronos Ensemble. In September he has participated in the 4 International Contemporary Music Festival with the El Pierro Andaluz Ensemble and the work “To…”   and finally in October ,he took part at the 1^st Festival Of Contemporary Music with the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble  (MCME) and his  work “ Inclusionis Oppidum”.

  

O Γεώργιος Σταύρου είναι μέλος του Κέντρου Κυπρίων Συνθετών, μέλος του Registry of Guitar Tutors και επίσης μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκού Συνδέσμου Δασκάλων Κιθάρας.

Φέτος έχει ηχογραφήσει το έργο του "Paginae Cursus», και  επίσης  το  Ηλεκτρονικό του  έργο "Pulsus". Τον περασμένο Μάιο έχει παρουσιάσει το έργο για Πιάνο  “Taurus” με τον Ερμή Θεοδωράκη,  και τον Ιούλιο,  το έργο “Lines from Eclogue vii”  αφιερωμένο στον Ούγγρο ποιητή   Miklos Radnoti με το Chronos Ensemble . Τον Σεπτέμβριο έχει συμμετάσχει στο 4^th  International Contemporary Music Festival με το El Pierro Andaluz Ensemble και το έργο “To… ." και τέλος, τον Οκτώβριο, πήρε μέρος στο 1ο Φεστιβάλ Σύγχρονης Μουσικής με τo Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble  (MCME) και το έργο του "Inclusionis Oppidum.

Georgios Stavrou will be performing to the film "Intelligent Design" by Wojtek Skowron on Friday 14 December.

Marco Brosolo always made pen and pencil drawings and he always played organ, guitar and drums. He creates songs, film and theater music using all kind of technology. He invented "ast", an innovative sensor music controller using Arduino. Marco Brosolo is part of Berlin's Chor der Kulturen der Welt and founder of Moving Silence (contemporary silent cinema). Originally Italian, he lives inside a bubble located in Berlin.

Ο Marco Brosolo έφτιαχνε πάντα σχέδια με πένα και μολύβι και πάντα έπαιζε όργανο, κιθάρα και τύμπανα.  Δημιουργεί τραγούδια, ταινίες και μουσική για θέατρο χρησιμοποιώντας διάφορες τεχνολογίες.  Εφηύρε το  “ast”, ένα καινοτόμο αισθητήρα ρύθμισης μουσικής χρησιμοποιώντας arduino.  Ο Marco Brosolo είναι μέλος της Χορωδίας των Πολιτισμών του Κόσμου (Kulturen der Welt) στο Βερολίνο και συνιδρυτής του Moving Silence (σύγχρονος βωβός κινηματογράφος).  Με καταγωγή την Ιταλία, ζει μέσα σε μια φούσκα στο Βερολίνο. 

Marco Brosolo will be performing on Friday 14 December to the films "Urban Legends 2" by Wojtek Skowron and "Missing" by Cristian Wiesenfeld.

On Saturday 15 December he will be performing to the films "Love me or kill me" by Sven Haeberlein and "Oh Dear" by Nicolas Provost as well as perform with his self-made instrument "AST".
